Hoot on a Rug Cake

My Client came to me with this design from “Blissfully Sweet” which she adored.  I have tried to my best to replicate the original design to the best of my ability.    I was most excited for the challenge and very please with the result.  Hats off to you “Blissfully Sweet” for your design.
